Dr. Dettwiler shows a genuine care and concern for each of his patients. In a healthcare society where the patient is increasingly becoming a number in a waiting room, he makes sure to spend the time needed to listen to his patients. He will develop a customized care plan that will fit each of his patients needs and get them on the right track to improving their health.

Dr. Dettwiler has been helping patients achieve their goals in health and wellness for years. He received his bachelor's degree from Michigan Technological University, where he also played wide receiver for the football team. Upon graduation he continued his education and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he graduated with honors.

His goal is to restore normal function to his patients so true healing can take place. He believes that, in most cases, the body can heal itself without the need for drugs or surgery. He continues to strive to improve his knowledge in the health care industry by attending several seminars each year.

When Dr. Dettwiler isn't in the office improving patients' health and wellness, he enjoys spending time with his friends and his dog, fishing, biking or trying to make a hole in one on the golf course.

Howard has been working in the healthcare field for over 15 years. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1992 majoring in athletic training. He went on to graduate school at Austin Peay State University for sports administration. He worked mainly in sports medicine/physical therapy clinics and college athletics. After a successful athletic training career Howard decided to expand his skills by attending Indiana Business College for massage therapy. Howard graduated from IBC in December of 2008 and joined Dettwiler Chiropractic in 2009.

Howard believes that his background as an athletic trainer, knowledge of the body, and years of experience in physical therapy clinics makes him a unique massage therapist. Howard specializes in sports massage, deep tissue massage and Swedish massage.

When Howard isn't working in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Megan, their dog and 3 cats. He also enjoys running and leading an active life.

Stephanie came to Dettwiler Chiropractic with a wealth of knowledge in the medical field. She enjoys working with patients to help improve their overall health and first started seeing a chiropractor due to an auto accident. Stephanie has experience in all aspects of front office handlings and is a great asset to the Dettwiler Chiropractic team.
